About the Bells

Picture
We (Caleb and Mimi) were married in 2009 and have three boys, Banyan, Sebastian and Sailor...and the adventure started there!

We have a heart to serve the Lord through local and international missions.
From 2015-2018 we served on the leadership team of Oasis Church in Bradenton, Florida. Mimi as the Ministry Lead at Oasis for Safe Families for Children and the Nursery Coordinator and Caleb served as the Pastor of Outreach. In addition to our work with Oasis Church, Caleb coordinated Safe Families for Children for Bethany Christian Services in west Florida and was the House Director for a ministry of Youth For Christ, called The 180 House.

From 2018-2020 we served as missionaries with YWAM (Youth With A Mission). Our time in YWAM took us around the world, but primarily we served on the global leadership team of the YWAM Refugee Circle while living in Europe.

Presently we are helping to pioneer a new ministry in Florida for teens aging out of the foster care system (www.harbor58.org)

After graduating from Venice High School in 2002, Mimi went on to further her education at Palm Beach Atlantic University, earning a degree in Cross Cultural Studies. She has served with GX International, Hearts in Action and YWAM in local and international outreaches. Before we were married she worked as a Child Welfare Specialist focusing on case management and transitional services to children aging out of foster care.

Caleb graduated from Venice High School in 2002 as well, and went on to fulfill an 8 year term of service in the United States Army as a helicopter crew chief. After we were married, Caleb furthered his education at Moody Bible Institute graduating with a degree in Biblical Studies. Shortly after graduation he was ordained through the Independent Christian Church. Currently, Caleb is working on his Mdiv through Sioux Falls Seminary in pursuit of becoming a chaplain with the USAF in the near future.

Our three boys - Banyan, Sebastian and Sailor have hearts for action and adventure. Most days involve multiple sword fights, copious amounts of dirt and a few bumps and bruises along the way! They enjoy life to the fullest and are growing in their love and knowledge of the Lord.
